General
1. I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse commissions for whatever reason (request is harmful, not enough time to complete it, etc.)
2. You, the commissioner, have the right to cancel the commission only before payment is sent.
3. You may not use or edit my work for AI image training, NFTs, anything related to cryptocurrency and/or blockchain, and malicious purposes (including but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and ableism).
4. My current commission rates are for personal use only. Please discuss upfront if you intend it for commercial use.
5. I reserve the right to use the commission for promotional purposes (e.g. posting on social media, adding as a sample for commission sheets, etc.). Please discuss upfront if you would rather keep it private, however you may not claim the commission as your own work.Process
1. Once the specifications and price of the commission have been discussed and agreed upon, I will send you at least one work in progress sketch. You are entitled to request up to two (2) major revisions, for free, at this stage.
2. Once you have approved the sketch, I will either send you a Paypal invoice or give you my GCash number. Payment must be processed in full before I proceed.
3. I will send you another WIP update. You may request minor revisions.
4. Once the commission is finished and approved, you will receive the full resolution file with my artist watermark. A lower-resolution version with a larger watermark may be posted on my social media.
5. The progress of your commission will be on a public tracker (stating that it's currently, for example, in the lineart stage) for accountability purposes.Please note that by commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms of service.
